  try opening an image on ms paint, then click SAVE AS under file, ,ake sure your saving into my documents. when in save as click a drop menue: should say SAVE AS TYPE right next to menue. change from 24bit bitmap(bmp,dib) to a JPEG(jpg, JPEG,JPE,JFIF). if this doesn't work contact me and i will give you my email so you can mail it me and i will upload it.
